We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a book under any of the following conditions:

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The book has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (including water, sun, or wear-and-tear damage)
  • The book was bought on clearance or marked as non-returnable
  • The return request is made after 14 days of delivery
  • Digital copies (if offered in future) cannot be refunded once delivered or downloaded

💸 3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are made via EFT to your nominated bank account
  • Processing time: 3–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Where applicable, shipping fees are non-refundable

🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect book), we cover all courier costs
  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return courier fees

📦 5. Packaging Requirements

All returns must be sent back in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Books must arrive in the same condition as originally delivered.
